Shipping & Delivery

  • Yes! Free shipping anywhere in the United States on orders over $60 USD.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow it in real time through the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

  • Yes!, we offer you 1 free exchange. Clothing must be in excellent condition — not dirty, without tears, with the original tag, and inside its original packaging — in order to be accepted for an exchange.

  • A refund request can be submitted within a 15 days after the purchase is made.

  • In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

    In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, in the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you arenot eligiblefor a refund.

    Please check our Terms of Service to see if you're eligible for a refund.

  • If your order is classified as a refund and if your order wasn't classified as free shipping, all shipping costs (including return shipping) are the customer's responsibility.

    If your order is classified as an exchange, whether for color, size, or another of our garments, you get one free exchange.

  • When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

Warranty & Repair

  • All our products are subject to quality control.

    Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

    The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect.

    It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

    Remember that the warranty is 30-day guarantee on tops, leggings, and shorts against manufacturing defects.

  • You must write to our support email hello@aluzi.com with:

    Order or invoice number.

    Photos of the product and the defect.

    A brief description of the issue.

    Our team will review the request and respond within 3 business days.

  • The warranty does not apply in cases of:

    • Damage caused by misuse or improper washing.
    • Natural wear of fabrics due to frequent use.
    • Alterations or repairs made by third parties.
  • Once the defect has been confirmed, you can choose between:

    Exchange for the same garment (subject to size/color availability).
    Exchange for another product of the same value.
    Refund to the same payment method used for your purchase.

  • From the moment we receive the product, the exchange process takes 7 to 10 business days.

    Refunds, once delivered, inspected, and accepted, are processed within 2 to 5 business days. It may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to credit your payment (in some cases, up to 14 business days).

Payments & Safety
