Refund policy

We want you to love your Aluzi™ garments. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase under the following terms:

Eligibility Requirements

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains.

    • In original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to, Gift Cards, Final Sale items, and Specified Discounted Items.

Exchanges

  • Customers are eligible for 1 free exchange per order within 30 days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once returned items are inspected and approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 4–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Aluzi™ covers return shipping if the product is defective or the incorrect item was shipped.

Return Process

  1. Email customer@aluzi.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our customer service team will provide return instructions.

  3. Package your items securely and ship them back according to the instructions provided.

  4. Once received, we will process your refund or exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.
